Week 24 MLS Picks

It took some help from the Sunday fixtures but we managed a slight profit last weekend and you know that we accept all profits here in The North End. We’re back for a full slate of games this weekend along with the return of the pick’em entry!

The official league injury report for Saturday’s games came out Friday afternoon, let’s dive into the Week 24 picks.

Pick’Em Entry of the week

Unfortunately, Underdog Fantasy has decided to exit the MLS prop pick’em market at this time. So we’re going to pick things back up on PrizePicks for the time being. If you want to play along with us, you can sign up for PrizePicks through this link.

Expanding to our first three-pick play of the season on PrizePicks and we begin in Charlotte where the Orange team is in town for a cross-conference matchup. Mateusz Bogusz has had an up and down debut season in Houston, but one thing he’s done consistently is find his shot. He’s averaged 3.01 shot attempts per 90 minutes this season and Charlotte have been very friendly to opposing offenses, allowing the sixth most shot attempts per game in 2026.

Then we’ll come to what’s unfortunately an old reliable option when it’s available to us. Brad Stuver’s saves prop is set at three and that’s a number he’s gone over in 14 of 21 league games this season. Austin FC has allowed the most shot attempts per game to their opponents in MLS this season and the visiting San Jose Earthquakes have attemtped the eighth most shots per game as well.

Finally we close it out with a fantasy score prop that’s just simply too low for a player as important to his team’s success as Philip Zinckernagel is to the Chicago Fire. He’s third on the team in shot attempts with both guys above him being summer additions, along with leading the team in assists, crosses and tackles won.

Using the standard payout selection on PrizePicks, this two-pick entry will payout a prize of 6x your entry fee if successful.

Week 24 Picks

LAFC

ML +135

There haven’t been too many five game winless streaks in league play during LAFC’s club history, but they’re currently on one headed into the weekend. If you’re a regular here, you’re well aware, as the Black and Gold has come up short for us multiple times of late. But we’re going right back to the Bouanga and Son pairing on Saturday night as LAFC is on the road to take on Real Salt Lake. Los Angeles has dominated this all-time matchup, winning 16 of the 21 meetings since they came into the league back in 2018, including eight of the ten games at America First Field. We’ll back them to add to their win total in Utah at plus money.

FC Dallas To Win + Vancouver Whitecaps to Win

Parlay +105

The favorites parlays have worked out nicely for us the last few weeks so we’re going back to it on a weekend that has a handful of lopsided matchups. Neither of these teams are the biggest favorites on the weekend, that honor goes to Inter Miami hosting Atlanta United, but both are in extremely strong spots. FC Dallas welcomes last place Sporting KC to Frisco and the visitors will be without a handful of “key” players, while Dallas will only be missing Anderson Julio. Even at full strength Dallas would be huge favorites in this spot, but there is no excuse for dropping any points against what SKC is running out there tonight. We’d be fine using the Dallas moneyline as a leg in nearly any parlay this weekend.

We’ll pair it with the Whitecaps to win at home as they host St. Louis City SC. The visitors have made massive changes in the summer window, sending out the likes of Marcel Hartel and Eduard Löwen while acquiring talents like Rafael Navarro and Carlo Holse. That type of turnover isn’t easy to adjust to on the fly, especially if you’re looking for a result at BC Place. Vancouver are the Western Conference’s best home side in 2026, earning 25 points from 11 matches and boasting a +21 goal differential. They’ve also emerged victorious from all three historical meetings against STL and we’re backing them to make it four straight on Saturday night.

Austin FC

ML +120

Obligatory bias alert: The Verde and Black return to Q2 Stadium this weekend carrying their longest unbeaten streak of the season in league play (only three games, yikes!). They’ll welcome San Jose to town in what has historically been an explosive rivalry. Austin FC has only defeated the Earthquakes twice in league play all-time, but both of those wins have come in the last two meetings at Q2 Stadium. San Jose is also in terrible form, earning just one win in their last 12 league matches and being outscored 18-5 since MLS returned from the World Cup break. Both teams will be without an important DP in this one with both Myrto Uzuni and Timo Werner sidelined with injuries, but we’ll side with our boys to get it done at plus money, as they have in five of their last eight home matches across all competitions.
