Week 33 MLS picks
The losing streak ended on Saturday as we picked up small profits in both the pick’em game and at the books. But we’re still slightly underwater with three matchdays remaining.
The official league injury report for Wednesday’s games came out Tuesday afternoon, let’s dive into the Week 33 picks.
Pick’Em Entry of the week
Unfortunately, Underdog Fantasy has decided to exit the MLS prop pick’em market at this time. So we’re going to pick things back up on PrizePicks for the time being. If you want to play along with us, you can sign up for PrizePicks through this link.
Sticking with a similar process with the pick’em entry for the midweek in attacking offensive hubs on teams that need results at home. Biel gets to face CF Montreal, who may just end up with the Wooden Spoon given their recent form. Biel has also averaged 0.84 contributions per appearance this season. Gil’s Revolution host ninth place New York Red Bulls as they try to keep their position as the second seed in the Eastern Conference over Inter Miami. The former league MVP has averaged 0.81 contributions per appearance this year. Then finally, Facu Torres in Austin as Real Salt Lake comes to town. Torres is unlikely to be subbed off given the short handed nature of the Austin roster and while his goal contribution pace is lower (and has slowed of late), his line is also lower to account for it. All three of these players lead their teams in crosses this season, which is a major floor boost to any player’s fantasy score on PrizePicks. In fact, the latter two are in the top 10 in MLS for total crosses, while Biel ranks 20th.
Using the standard payout selection on PrizePicks this three-pick entry will payout a prize of 6x your entry fee if successful.

Week 33 Picks
Orlando City SC O 1.5
Team Total +109
Only a pair of picks to give out in the midweek before we get to the goals. We’ll begin in Chicago, where the Fire will host Orlando City SC at Solider Field. The Lions have been extremely productive since the return of team captain Martin Ojeda from injury back in early September. The Chicago defense has been solid all season, conceding just 1.48 goals per game in MLS play. They’ve been even better at home, allowing multiple goals in just five of their 15 home games to this point of the year. But the return of Ojeda and his subsequent budding partnership with Antoine Griezmann has the Orlando offense humming. They’ve scored multiple goals in all eight games that both players have appeared in since Ojeda recovered from his thigh injury. We’ll take them to do so again tonight near even money.
MIA/CIN O 2.5 + SEA/HOU U 3.5
Parlay -120
We’ve historically been poor on midweek slates, so we’re keeping things tight tonight. We’ll finish with a pair of totals, starting with Inter Miami hosting FC Cincinnati. Miami matches are averaging 4.06 goals per game this season and have seen three or more goals in 23 of their 31 matches. Cincy’s offense is strong, but not good enough to overcome their porous defense, which has conceded 71 goals through 31 matches. FCC games have averaged 4.35 goals per game this season and in the first meeting this year between the two clubs there were a total of eight goals scored in a 5-3 Inter Miami victory.
Then we’ll go to the PNW where the Houston Dynamo are on the road taking on the Seattle Sounders. Both of these squads have seen an average of 2.58 goals per game this season. With both Guilherme and Hector Herrera questionable, we’ll take the under three and a half. Pairing these two totals together gives us a palatable parlay to close out our midweek matchday.
