Week 22 MLS Picks
Minor losses in the midweek ended our short streak of profitable matchdays. League play rolls on this weekend with thirteen games on Saturday and a pair on Sunday.
The official league injury report for Saturday’s games came out Friday afternoon, let’s dive into the Week 21 picks.
Pick’Em Entry of the week
Unfortunately, Underdog Fantasy has decided to exit the MLS prop pick’em market at this time. So we’re going to pick things back up on PrizePicks for the time being. If you want to play along with us, you can sign up for PrizePicks through this link.
We’re going to stick to a two-pick entry again this weekend on PrizePicks after the midweek entry was refunded due to Denis Bouanga not starting for LAFC against Colorado Rapids. The Black and Gold are back home on Saturday night after Bouanga played just 27 minutes off the bench on Wednesday and he should be back in the starting XI for this match against Portland. Bouanga has been relatively quiet in the last few weeks in league play, but because of the dip in production his fantasy points prop has dropped a few points from its normal level. We’ll buy low on Bouanga.
Then we’ll pair Bouanga’s fantasy score line with another in Antoine Griezmann. The Lions are hosting RSL on Saturday and Griezmann has been instrumental in Orlando City showing some signs of life after the World Cup. They’re still outside the wild card line, but are just three points back, making tonight’s home fixture all the more important. Griezmann has been handling a huge workload with Martin Ojeda sidelined, firing off 26 crosses (which score us fantasy points) in just the last four games. He’s got a high floor and high ceiling and his current fantasy score line is just a few points too low.
Using the standard payout selection on PrizePicks, this two-pick entry will payout a prize of 3x your entry fee if successful.

Week 22 Picks
FC Cincinnati To Win + CIN/SKC O 2.5
Parlay -105
We’re going to continue attacking the Sounders as their luck continues to be in the gutter. They added Jackson Ragen to their lengthy injury report after tweaking his knee against Austin on Wednesday and just don’t have the firepower to hang on a game-to-game basis right now. Seattle has lost eight straight league games and 10 of their last 11 across all competitions, easily the worst stretch in the club’s storied history. Cincinnati on the other hand has a leaky enough defense to allow Seattle to get on the board and an offense with enough firepower to put multiple past Andrew Thomas. If you’re a regular here you know we love Cincy overs, at least in part due to Knifey Lions matches averaging 4.7 goals per game in 2026.
STL/HOU U 3.5 + FC Dallas U 1.5
Parlay -123
Pairing two slower paced games together for an unders parlay. St. Louis City SC hosts the red hot Houston Dynamo on Saturday evening in a meeting of two of the lower scoring teams in the Western Conference. Dynamo matches are averaging 2.65 total goals per game in 2026 while St. Louis games are seeing 2.7 goals per match. These two teams have also gone under this number in seven of the eight all-time matches decided in regulation in this head-to-head series.
Because of the heavy juice there, we’ll also look to Vancouver where the Whitecaps are hosting FC Dallas. Both sides are coming off a busy Leagues Cup Phase 1, but the Whitecaps are still one of the best home sides in MLS, allowing just six goals in ten league matches this season. To their credit, FC Dallas are the best road side in the Western Conference at present, with 20 points from their 11 matches. But Vancouver is a different beast and historically hold Dallas down when they come north of the border, limiting the visitors to less than 1.5 goals in 11 of 13 games since September 2014. Putting these two props together gets us to a palatable number.
Austin FC
ML +210
Obligatory bias warning: Despite the positive form for Philadelphia Union coming out of the World Cup break, they’re still a team that’s played eight games in the last calendar month, just like Austin FC. Not to mention, the Verde and Black have some good vibes going as well at least relative to the rest of their campaign, winning three of their last four games that didn’t end in a penalty shootout. The home team rotated heavily in Wednesday’s win over Seattle and has been much better at Q2 Stadium this year than on the road, winning seven of the 12 compeitive matches played at home this year. It’s not like Austin are some juggernaut of course, but to get them at more than two-to-one at home against this Union side feels like decent value.
